    Ross heads up Design and Data at Trunk. Whilst his background is in Architecture, he specialises in DfMA and Offsite Manufacture using data-driven approaches.

    Previously Ross led DfMA teams at WSP delivering 20,000+ modular homes, and Business Intelligence for Sekisui House at Urban Splash’s modular factory.

    Francis shipped the first AI language roleplaying bot at Memrise in 2022, iterating its personality and making it reliable in production for millions of users.

    In 2004, he cofounded mySociety who make TheyWorkForYou, globally kick-starting the field of civic technology.

    At Trunk he is leading our AI strategy—assisting offsite manufacturers in new ways with quality, schedule and productivity advances.
